CHILDRENS TENNIS COACHING PROGRAMMES

The Hunters Hill Club aims to provide a fun, energetic and inviting program to kids of all ages to start to learn the joys of playing tennis

The program aims to engage with kids to provide a sturdy base of fun, fitness, and tennis

We aim to provide kids with the following from our tennis program, via recognized three tiers of skills coaching starting with.

RED BALL

Then progression to

ORANGE BALL

Then

GREEN BALL

Finally

YELLOW BALL

This program will always endeavor to be full of

·         FUN AND ENJOYMENT

·         ENGAGEMENT

·         SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH EXSISTING FRIENDS AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS

·         A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

·         COMMUNICATION SKILLS FROM THE COACHES

·         ETTIQUETTE AND SPORTSMANSHIP

·         TEACHING THE PRINCIPLES OF TENNIS

·         ENCOURAGING COMPETITION AND GAME BASED APPROACH

·         INTRODUCTORY ASSESMENT

·         COACHING ASSESMENT

·         WARM UP ACTIVITIES

·         PLAY ACTIVITIES

·         ASSOCIATED SKILL BASED ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE A KID’S ABILITIES

Kids Tennis Parties

Throwing a kids tennis party is a great way to keep the kids active and entertained, plus have loads of fun!
