Notice is hereby given the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Hunters Hill Club Limited will take place at the Hunters Hill Club at 12 Madeline Street, Hunters Hill on Sunday 24 November 2024, commencing at 9.00 AM.

Agenda

1)      Welcome and apologies

2)      To receive and confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meating held on 19th November 2023

3)      To receive and adopt the Financial Report, Directors Report and Audit Report

4)      To re-appoint the Club Auditors – LNP Audit and Assurance - subject to review

5)      The election of Board Members / Directors

6)      To discuss any matter of general business which may be admitted for discussion at the discretion of the Chairman

Please Note: Members are asked to submit any matters they wish to raise in the General Business in writing to the Club Secretary / General Manager, no later than seven business days before the Annual General Meeting.

All Gold, Life, and Silver members can attend and vote, and all Members are asked to observe the Club’s Code of Conduct policy whilst attending the Annual General Meeting.
