LUCKY LOSER 2024

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.      Financial members of Hunters Hill Club (HHC) are eligible to participate in this promotion.

2.      Excluded patrons, board of directors, employees of HHC and their immediate family, and HHC advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3.      Immediate family means any of the following: parents, spouse, siblings & children.

4.      Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

5.      The promotion operates every normal trading Saturday in 2024 starting 4/5/2024 at HHC Sports bar from 2pm to 4pm.

6.      To gain an entry in the promotion, a patron should write their name & badge number  on their losing TAB ticket and place it in the Lucky Loser entry box. (tickets must have the current days date to be valid)

7.      The first draw will occur at 2pm and the second draw will occur at 4pm, 1 entry is drawn from the Lucky Loser entry box by HHC Staff, the prize for each draw is $25 in club points added to their membership

8.      The winner is determined as the person whose name appears on the TAB ticket drawn from the entry box.

9.      Winning patrons are required to be present at the time of the draw. Two minutes grace is given before a redraw.

10.  If due to equipment failure management reserves the right to use alternative methods to conduct this promotion.

11.  HHC is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with this promotion.

12.  The decisions of the management of HHC are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

13.  Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the conditions of entry governing HHC.
